Corvettes are awesome - our members are better!

Come for the cars. Stay for the friendships.

Welcome to the Old Dominion Corvette Club! Founded in 2005, our vision is based upon the promotion of, interest in, and sharing of knowledge about "America's Sports Car". We sponsor or participate in a variety of informal and formal local, regional and national activities. Our activities are open to all family members and we encourage and welcome everyone’s participation. Family-friendly activities include our monthly club meeting, judging events, car shows, local cruises, multi-day trips and our own annual Cruise-In. Our fund-raising benefits multiple local charities and the National Corvette Museum. We are a diverse group of young, old(er), single and multi-car owners, gear heads and not. We are people who like to have a good time and enjoy each other's company. Whether it's hitting up a winery on a gorgeous day, going on an ice cream run, a drive to an interesting location or a multi-day trip, we are ready to go!

Our 33rd annual Cruise-In was a smashing success, with nearly 150 Corvettes on site, including the new 2023 Z06! Check out the Cruise-In photo album and sponsor pages. We're now getting ready for our 34th annual event! Check out our Photo Gallery to see pics of past events, and our Event Calendar to see upcoming ones. Join us at an event or at our next Member Meeting, say “Hi" and see what we are all about.  And be sure to check out the newsletter link in the menu at the top of the page to see what we've been doing and visit our Facebook page.

NCM and Assembly Plant Trip

In May, 15 members took a multi-day trip to Bowling Green (with multiple intermediate destinations) to tour the assembly plant and the National Corvette Museum, and do lead / follow laps on the NCM Motorsports track. Stopping at the Kentucky Horse Park (really fun and interesting) and Makers Mark distillery (tastings!) on the way, the trip consisted of, umm, rapid highway travel on the way to Lexington, back road blasts to and from Maker's Mark (don't taste TOO much!), and, of course, very rapid laps around the track. Good friends, good roads, good food and drink and fun things to do equal good times.

Coming home, people split up into smaller groups to do their own thing. Some went south to the Tail of the Dragon, some headed east and toured historical sites, and some headed straight home. Corvettes are such amazing cars. Cruise the highway as comfortably as most luxury cars, blast around the track with the best Europe has to offer, and have fun on twisty back roads, the Corvette can do it all. With enough luggage room for 2 people!

Weekday Wanderers

On May 19th, 11 members of the "Weekday Wanderers" cruised  to Lost Barrel Brewing in Middleburg.
Everyone enjoyed the drive out, and had a tasty lunch with some great beer and cider. With great weather and a table outdoors, we lingered for good conversation with great friends. Check out some more photos in our Photo Gallery.

How do you join the Weekday Wanderers, you ask?  Easy. Just join in on one of the upcoming weekday lunch drives. We'll be doing them all season long.

LaGrange Wine Tasting
On May 6th, ODCC held the 2023 edition of our annual Cruise-In and Wine Tasting at The Winery at LaGrange. In spite of falling on the same day as several other Corvette oriented events, we had a couple of dozen Corvettes from multiple Corvette clubs show for a relaxing afternoon of wine and conversation. We got to rekindle old friendships, meet people in person we had only known online, and make new friends. Great cars and great people always make for a great day. You can see how nice it was here.
