About this event

The weekend begins with registration, a Meet and Greet and light meal at the Hampton Inn hotel on Friday night. Saturday will include a group photo in front of the Biltmore Saturday morning, breakfast on the Biltmore Estate at the Stable Cafe after the photo, dinner on the Biltmore Estate on Saturday evening, a specially designed commemorative gift per car, and tickets to the Candlelight Group Tour after dinner Saturday.

Cost is $425.00 per person.

The Hampton Inn & Suites has special rates of $169 per night (excluding tax and other fees). Ask for the Carolinas & Virginia Corvette Caravan rate when reserving rooms. The rates only apply from 12 to 16 November 2026. The hotel is located at 117 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, NC.
